You may have heard of the what3words project or app.
Every 3m square in the world has been given a unique combination of three words: a what3words address.
The idea is that you can find, share and navigate to precise locations anywhere in the world using just 3 words.
Greetings from nosedive.bungalows.scam or thereabouts.
The SFO is putting some time and energy into identifying groups of 5 words.
This is part of a branding analysis exercise.
One side of this is finding 5 adjectives or words that best describe the Scottish Fiddle Orchestra’s ideal customer.
The other side of it is identifying 5 adjectives or words that best describe the Scottish Fiddle Orchestra.
You may be better placed to look at things from one side or the other but all thoughts and responses will be gratefully received.
- What does the SFO’s ideal customer look like in 5 words?
- How would you describe the SFO in 5 words?
You can leave a comment on this post (they have to be approved before they will appear) or you can submit a contact form response via this website.
We’ll give a prize of two tickets to an SFO concert to the response which is judged to be the best. (We don’t want to set out parameters because we don’t want to curb your imagination and creativity).

We loved your show and I could see memories from my dad’s past filling his eyes. Happy memories made that night being with my dad and listening to your very talented orchestra.
