A Truly Spectacular Night!

With a near full house the orchestra enjoyed an entirely memorable evening in March playing in one of Europe’s finest concert halls – Symphony Hall, Birmingham. The appreciative audience were reluctant to leave during the orchestra’s play out at the end, so great was their enthusiasm for the show. The orchestra was joined by the Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Pipe Band, whom together played rousing renditions of MacPherson’s Farewell and Keltic Odyssey. Many thanks to all who supported us on this fantastic occasion.
These past three years has seen the orchestra perform in three of the most outstanding venues in the UK: Symphony Hall, Birmingham, The Sage Gateshead and The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester. Next March we make a very welcome return to the Barbican in York – join the mailing list for details of the concert tickets when they become available.
